Our mission is to enrich the educational experience by providing opportunities for students to experience mindful breathing and mindful movement. Improving self regulation and enabling students to be more engaged in the learning process and the social environment.

About Jilly

Jilly Sansone, OTR/L, RYT 500. is a licensed and registered occupational therapist and currently works in schools as a yoga teacher and OT.  She was born in Ireland and moved to the United States in 2007. In July 2013 she completed a 30 hour radiant child yoga training. February 2014 She completed her 200hr yoga training with Jennilee Toner. In July 2015 she completed the 60 hour KYIS, Kripalu Yoga in the Schools Training. in December 2018 she completed her 300 hour Inner Sanctum Yoga Training. I am very grateful for the amazing guidance, teaching and inspiration from Jennilee Toner and Amy Adams. She has also completed a 30 hour certification in MBSR (Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction) with Saki Santorelli (Executive Director of the Center For Mindfulness in Medicine, Healthcare and Society at the University of Massachusetts Medical School) and Florence Meleo-Meyer (Director of the Oasis Institute for Mindfulness Based Professional Education and Training at the Center of Mindfulness in Medicine. As an Occupational Therapist she has worked in Ireland and the U.S since 1998 in the areas of Mental Health, Community Care and Pediatrics. She has taught Yoga to student’s Pre-K through 12th grade and adults in the Burnt hills/ Ballston Lake CSD, Hoosic Valley CSD, Saratoga Springs CSD, Ballston Area Community Center Universal Pre-K program (BACC), Ballston Spa Soccer Club (BSSC), Wilton/ Saratoga YMCA and her local Yoga Studio. Her most recent work has expanded into the criminal justice system serving Correctional Facilities.

Community (e.g. Soccer Club / Universal Pre-K programs/ Scouts)
In The Park (Congress Park / SPAC)
