Yoga in the Park
(for Children and Teens)
Yoga and Mindfulness creates opportunities for children and teens to develop a healthy lifestyle. The students learn how to breathe consciously helping them calm their minds and improve self regulation. They move through different poses and body awareness exercises to stretch, strengthen and relax their bodies. A calm body and mind is crucial for our children and teens to be ready to focus and learn.
Yoga at High Rock Park, Saratoga Springs, NY, is offered every Summer in July and August. Classes can be taken as a series or individually booked. Mats are provided.
